Guaranteed to make Christmas memories that last a lifetime, the Hamleys Elves are heading to Piccadilly for The Hamleys x Ritz London Christmas Grotto.

Ho, Ho, Ho, Merry Christmas! Don’t miss out and book now for an experience like no other. On arrival at The Ritz London, guests will be greeted by one of Hamleys’ Elves, before being escorted by a Ritz Page Boy to the hotel’s Royal Suite, which has been sprinkled with sparkle and transformed to the spectacular Christmas Grotto. The journey continues with Santa’s delicious hot chocolate, guaranteed to have families in the festive spirit. Children will have the chance to talk all things Christmas with their House Elf, as well as check for their name on the ‘Nice List’ and take part in jolly fun and games, ahead of their meeting with the man himself, Santa Claus. Every child will depart with a personalised gift, to ensure the magic continues at home.

When? Santa will be arriving for one weekend only, on Saturday 3rd December and will stay until Sunday 4th December before he has to deliver all of your presents.

Where?The Ritz London’s Royal Suite. Meet the Hamleys Elves and Ritz Page Boy at the main entrance of The Ritz London.

Who?This experience is most magical for children aged between 2 and 8 years old, but we welcome the whole family too.

How Much?One ticket costs £250 and allows access for up to 6 people.
